Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of Quickish — the website at quickish.website, the quickish CLI, and pages served at *.quickish.site and *.quickish.space. By using Quickish you agree to these Terms. If you use Quickish on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

The service

Quickish copies web files you provide (via the CLI or a shared Google Drive folder) to our storage and serves them at a Quickish address, with access controlled by the visibility you choose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and CLI token secure. One free page is included per account; paid plans unlock additional pages and limits as described at sign-up.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant Quickish a non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service (including serving it to the visitors you allow). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Quickish to store, serve, or distribute content or to take actions that:

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may report illegal content to authorities. We respond to valid intellectual-property and abuse complaints; contact abuse@quickish.website.

Public pages

When you make a page public you confirm the content is yours to share and complies with these Terms. Public content may be cached and accessible to anyone with the link.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are stated at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues through the paid period. Usage above included storage/bandwidth may incur overage charges as described at sign-up.

Service availability

Quickish is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for content you or others publish.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickish and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Quickish against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Quickish at any time and delete your content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes are reflected by the date above.
